igel Grace first honed his business development skills in North America and built up an impressive track record of multi-national sales with technology clients such as: Agilent, HP, BEA Systems, Bell Canada, Ericsson, Rockwell Collins, Sun Microsystems, and Medtronic. He received awards three years running for top sales achievements. Nigel trained his sales teams how to maintain a strong control of sales metrics, accurate and timely revenue reporting, and successful acquisition of business targets. But his passion for inspiring consciousness in people at work combined with strong organisational and team leadership abilities led him to train as an executive coach.
He worked to combine business coaching skills with a deeper understanding of human psychology and consciousness. After training as a certified instructor in Transcendental Meditation™ Nigel became fascinated with methods of natural healing which took him to India to study with exponents of Ayurveda (literally: knowledge of life). On his return he worked with Dr. Deepak Chopra to establish health centres of Ayurveda in London and the North of England.
Nigel’s profound interest in the evolution of consciousness and the latent potential of the human mind is at the basis of his coaching. He believes that each of us can remove doubts and fears and acknowledge who we really are, as master creators of our own reality.
He is currently serving as the managing director of Human Factors International (HFI) which specializes in User Experience (Usability) consulting, products and training. Nigel built operations in Europe, Africa and the Middle East regions, and is a member of the global management team.
Education
Nigel was educated at St. Albans Grammar School. He received an honours Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from the University of London and went on to study the development of human consciousness at MERU Research Institute, Switzerland, and gained a masters degree in Creative Intelligence.
He lives with his wife Jacqueline and daughter Daya in East Sussex; his son Christopher lives in Iowa, USA.
